Tri-Service General Hospital × Mackay Memorial Hospital Form Strong Partnership to Promote a Healthy Taiwan and Resilient Healthcare

In a bid to further enhance healthcare services and emergency response capabilities, Tri-Service General Hospital and Mackay Memorial Hospital signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on October 22, 2025. The two institutions will jointly build an interdisciplinary medical platform, advancing healthcare, research, and industry-academia collaboration.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Director-General Tsai Chien-Sung of the Military Medicine Bureau, Ministry of National Defense. Tri-Service General Hospital’s Director, Major General Chen Yuan-Hao, and Mackay Memorial Hospital’s President, Dr. Chang Wen-Han, both signed the agreement, marking the beginning of in-depth cooperation between the two hospitals in fields such as battlefield injury treatment, disaster response, smart healthcare, innovation incubation, and preventive medicine, ushering in a new chapter of medical collaboration.
