The 2025 Twin Cities World Masters Games Athletics Road Race was held on May 25th under cool and drizzly weather conditions. Dr. Cheng Po-Hsuan from TSGH Otorhinolaryngology Department–Head and Neck Surgery stood out among a highly competitive field in the 10K road race, claiming the silver medal with an outstanding time of 33 minutes and 59 seconds!
Also competing in the same event, Dr. Hsieh Meng-Yu—a dentist and proud alumnus of the National Defense Medical Center—finished 7th overall with a time of 35 minutes and 12 seconds. These remarkable achievements highlight the brilliance of military medicine professionals, not only in the medical field but also on the international athletic arena.
