Taiwan U-Life Association, founded by dedicated artists with boundless love and passion for charity, has Mrs. Xie Lingling serving as Honorary Chairman, Mrs. Chen Meifeng as Chairman, and Ms. Ji Baoru as Secretary-General. The association gathers stars who wear uniforms without distinction, each bringing sincere eyes and passionate hearts. Through their actions of love, Taiwan U-Life Association has left footprints across Taiwan. Since its establishment, its volunteers have visited and cared for over 13,090 elderly individuals living alone or in nursing homes, as well as 1,670 children with developmental retardation or from underprivileged backgrounds, totaling approximately 39,770 visits. As of 2022, the association has transported more than 45,580 disadvantaged individuals, organizing over 117 "Love Heritage Community Care Concerts" in tours across northern, central, and southern Taiwan.
The "Love Heritage Community Care Concert" has now entered its 17th consecutive year. This year, Taiwan U-Life Association collaborated with Tri-Service General Hospital to host the "2024 Love Heritage Community Care Concert". TSGH Superintendent Dr. Hong Yi-ren personally attended the event and presented a certificate of appreciation to Executive Director Xie Zu-wu, acknowledging the association's longstanding dedication to public welfare and community outreach efforts.
In this event, the association upheld the philanthropic philosophy of "Love Heritage" by providing specialized transportation to bring elderly residents from the Hui Cheng Elderly Long-Term Care Center to attend the concert. The goal was to create a joyful and uplifting experience for these residents through a series of wonderful performances and activities. Accompanied by seasoned artists and volunteers, the event aimed to bring smiles and happiness, conveying love and care to every heart in need of comfort.
