Concrete Implementation of Medical Quality and Innovation～Congrats to the Hospital for Winning 22 Symbol of National Quality (SNQ) Awards in 2023

In the hospital, the internalization of medical technology innovation and the pursuit of excellence has become ingrained in the culture of TSGH, complemented by the steadfast beliefs and persistence of TSGH. Thanks to the recognition by the professional judges of SNQ, TSGH won 22 awards at the Symbol of National Quality (SNQ) charter ceremony in 2023. Among these awards, 20 were won by the Neihu main facility, while the Penghu branch and Briton branch each won one. This positions us as the hospital with the highest number of awards among competitors nationwide. The Institute for Biotechnology and Medicine Industry (IBMI) hosted the “2023 Symbol of National Quality (SNQ) charter ceremony” on December 19th, 2023, at the Grand Mayfull Taipei. Superintendent Yi-Jen Hung led the medical and nursing team in receiving the awards at the ceremony.
Superintendent Yi-Jen Hung indicated that, with the collective efforts of successive Superintendents and the hospital staff, they’ve accumulated 170 featured medical service items being certified since the inception of the Symbol of National Quality (SNQ) until 2023. Continuous upgrades and innovation in medical technology have been internalized in the minds of every TSGH staff member. All staff consistently strive to improve in their professional domains, and our ultimate goal is to continually pursue certifications.
